36th Annual National Philanthropy Day

Volunteer! An opportunity to participate in a large special event and meet 800 of San Diego’s civic leaders, philanthropists, volunteers, and nonprofit professionals.
When: Wednesday, November 12, 2008
Volunteers please arrive by 10:30 a.m.
Event begins at 11:30 and ends at 1:30pm
Where: Sheraton Harbor Island – East Tower in the Grande Ballroom
1380 Harbor Island Dr, 92101
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct attendees
- Registration table nametags
- Usher attendees to tables
- At 10:30 a.m., we will briefly walk through the event space
- Guests begin arriving at 11 a.m.
- You are free to leave at 11:45 a.m. after the program begins or you are welcome and encouraged to stay and observe this fantastic event
- Planning Committee and all volunteers may enjoy the National Philanthropy Day lunch in a private space following the event (please RSVP for lunch head count)
